Use the Print Map feature to export the map data.
You can export the image to an enhanced metafile (emf).

In the Print Map dialog box, select the Print to
Metafile check box.
The Save As dialog box appears.

In the Name field, type a name for the file. By default, the
name is "map".

Click Save.
