| CommentGroupId | Comment group identifier from CommentGroups.CommentGroupId. |
| Val1 | For route dependent comments: MasterLine.LineId. For service group dependent comments: MasterServiceGroup.ServiceGroupId. |
| Val2 | For internal use. |
| Val3 | For internal use. |
| Val4 | For internal use. |
| ModBy | Name of the user that last modified the comment. |
| ModDate | Date on which the comment was last modified. |
| ModTime | Time at which the comment was last modified. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
