Notification - Generator Properties

The following table describes the Notification properties that control the email messages sent and when they are sent.

Level of priority of notifications relative to other items handled by the delivery service. The range is from 1 for high priority to 99 for low priority.

Maximum number of attempts of the service to send notification by email. Currently, the default value is 10.

Number of days within which the system attempts to send notifications by Days email.

If selected, the escalation email is sent to the distribution list of the Division/Department which performed the last action on the subject. If not selected, the notification is sent to the distribution list of the division/department of the first person who opened the ticket (first action) by default.
