About Ancillary Data

Ancillary data screens provide essential data that facilitates the use of the two main screens in COM:

• COM Representative

• COM Investigator

After all the necessary ancillary data is defined and stored in the system, it is available for quick and easy selection in the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens. This structure simplifies the process and reduces the time required for inputting, reviewing, and investigating feedback.

Most ancillary data is defined before you use COM to receive feedback but you may need to add to or edit the ancillary data from time to time. This section explains the function of and procedures for defining, editing, and deleting ancillary data.
