Viewing COM Notifications

The COM Notifications screen allows you to view information on notifications such as email messages, form letters, IVR messages, and spooled batch printouts.

  1. Click Ancillary > COM Notifications.
    The COM Notifications screen appears.

    The grid contains the following columns:
    • NotificationId

    • Feedback Id

    • Subject Id
    • Notification Type
    • Delivery Method
    • Status
    • DestinationAddr (Destination Address)
    • DeliveryDate
    • Delivery Time
    • Expiry Date
    • Request Date
    • Scheduled Delivery Date
    • MaxAttempts
    • Failed Attempts
    • LatestRepsonseFromServer
    • Requester
    • Priority

    • Delivery Destination

    • Feedback Type

    • Feedback Subtype
    • Last Name
    • First Name
  2. To view the contents of the email message sent, click the Show Email Details button on the screen toolbar: Show Email button
