Cloning Feedback in COM Investigator Screen
You can replicate information from one feedback entry to a new feedback entry.

Do one of the following steps:
- Press F3.
- Click .
- Click the Context button:

- Choose the filters to display the feedback you want.

In the Feedback pane, highlight the appropriate feedback
entry.
The record appears in the screen.

Click the Clone Feedback button:

The following fields are automatically filled in accordingly:-
Date Received - Current date

Date Logged - Current date
-
Time Logged - Current time
-
Time Received - Current time

Call Taker - Current logged in COM user

Incident Date - Current date if the COM/Customers Feedback settings/Automatic Populate/Incident Date context property is selected. If not selected, the field is blank.

Agency Id - Based on the value set for the COM/Customers Feedback settings/Default Agency context property.

Sign Id - Based on the Incident Date and Agency Id.

Service Group Id - Based on the IncidentDate and SignId

Feedback Type - Based on the default Feedback Type setting.

Subtype - Based on the default Feedback Type setting.

Target Date - Based on the default Feedback Type setting.

Feedback Priority Id - Based on the default Feedback Type setting.

- Type the necessary information in the cleared fields and edit existing information as required.

Click the Save button:
