PASS > Client > UseClientDateofBirth

PASS > Client > EnableLockout If selected, the client account will be locked out after this many attempts. Clients should call the transit agency to have their account unlocked.

If selected, PASS-Web G3 will use some methods from PASS-Web Service instead of PassinfoServer.
