About COM Standard Reports
The COM v19 Standard Reports Catalog describes the standard reports that are available in your COM application. Each report has a template with predefined columns and fields in a standard layout.
COM standard reports typically include the title of the report, date when created, and page numbers.
About Saving and Storing COM Reports
After reports are generated, we recommend that you save them in a structured easy to find form.
Complaints by Feedback Subtypes Report
The Complaint by Feedback Subtypes Report provides a summary of customer complaints categorized by Feedback subtype.
Contact Occurrences by Employee Report
The Contact Occurrences by Employee report provides information on the actions taken regarding the employee involved in a feedback, for example, investigation on a complaint.
Customer Contact Report
The Customer Contact report provides a compilation of the reports on the instances when an investigator communicates with a customer who has submitted a report of any feedback type.
Customer Service Report
The Customer Service report provides the details of the selected feedback allowing you to print blank forms of the report that call takers can use to record customer feedback.
Divisional Top 10 Report
The Divisional Top 10 report provides a summary of the feedback received by Feedback type and categorized by Reporting Group and/or Feedback subtype within the selected date range. .
Employee Summary Count Report
The Employee Summary Count report provides the number of times that specific employees are mentioned in feedback reports received within a selected date range.
Feedback by Employee Report
The Feedback by Employee report provides feedback information for the selected employees within the selected date range.
Feedback by Category Report
The Feedback by Category report provides feedback statistics by division (category) within the selected date range, displaying a pie chart with each of the feedback subtype represented by a color.
Feedback by Mode Report
The Feedback by Mode report provides information on the feedback received classified by transportation mode as mentioned in the feedback received within the selected date range.
Financial Penalty Summary Report
The Financial Penalty Summary report aims to provide a summary of the feedback associated with financial penalties.
No Action Report
The No Action report shows a summary of the feedback associated with the selected providers that have not been resolved or acted on within a date range.
Open Contacts Report
The Open Contacts report shows feedback classified by division and department that is older in days than a specific number, for example, more than 10 days old.
PASS Custom Service Report
The PASS Customer Service report is similar to Customer Service report and is used for paratransit customers, including paratransit information such as schedule times, early/late times.
Roll Up Report
The Roll Up report provides a monthly summary of the feedback received per feedback subtype and report group by the selected divisions.
Top 10 Feedback Subtypes Report
The Top 10 Report shows the top ten feedback subtypes within selected date range. The statistics is presented in bar chart format by reporting group or feedback subtype.
Top 10 Routes Report
The Top 10 Route report shows in a bar chart the top ten routes that have been mentioned the most for the selected Feedback type.
