About Investigators

The Investigators screen allows you to define the names and information of individuals at the transit site who are responsible for reviewing and investigating customer feedback.

Assign an investigator when typing or reviewing feedback in the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens. Once assigned, the feedback is forwarded to the investigator in the COM Investigator screen.

Use the Stamp Investigator tool (provided that the investigator has defined his or her own user login in this screen).

Assign investigators to a department (if the department level security is enabled) ensuring that they will only be able to access their own department’s feedback. Filter feedback by investigator name in the Context dialog in the COM Investigator screen. Send feedback by email to investigators by choosing from the predefined list, or create email distribution lists of investigators.
