Levels of Access
The level of access to specific screens and functionality assigned to each user depends on the transit site’s policies and practices.
The table lists the suggested levels of access.
| User | Level of Access |
|---|---|
| COM Representative | Able to type and edit the feedback data in the COM Representative screen. |
| COM Investigator | Able to type and edit feedback data and any information on the actions taken on the feedback data in the COM Investigator screen. |
| Department Manager and/or Supervisor | Able to access both the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens. |
| System Administrator | Able to access all COM functions. |
