Attaching Files to Feedback
Files that are attached to feedback are typically copies of the letters received from or sent to clients. You can attach files to feedback records in the COM Representative or COM Investigator screen.
Opening Attachments
You can open the existing attachments from a feedback record.

You can also attach audio files such as voice messages to feedback. The Subject Attachments dialog allows you to preview or play the file.

A media player plays the audio file. Windows Media Player has been set as the default.

The following graphic shows a selected file in the Attachments playing in the Preview pane (represented by the audio graph). The playback controls such as Play and Stop are on the task bar at the bottom of the Preview pane.
