Adding Components to Dashboard

When you select a dashboard or report, the toolbar that appears on the top section of the right pane allows you to add the components or IVR profiles that you want to include in the data results.

The following steps illustrate how to add a component, an IVR profile to the Call Dashboard, for example, to a dashboard:
  1. On the toolbar, click Add:

    The Select IVR Profiles dialog appears. (For other dashboards, the Select Components dialog appears.)

  2. Select the option that you want to add and click OK.
