Test Case 4: Adding Clients to Worker Groups

The purpose of this test case is to demonstrate that the administrator is able to add clients who have PASS Web G3 accounts to the worker groups.

Sign in to WebCare.
  1. On the Navigation pane, click Worker Groups.
    The Edit Group dialog appears. It shows the following tabs: Group Info, Workers, and Clients. The Group Info tab is open by default.
  2. Open the Clients tab.
    The tab shows a list of the clients with their names, Client IDs, and dates of birth. A Remove button is shown with each client record.
  3. Click Add Client.
    The Add To Group dialog appears.
  4. In the Client ID field, enter the Client ID of the client you want to assign, and then click Search.
    If the client record is found, the Search results pane shows the Client ID, Client Code, Name and Date of birth of the client together with an Add button.
  5. Click Add.
    The client is added to the list of clients. A message appears stating that the client was successfully added to the worker groups.
