Trapeze COM is a user-friendly and versatile application that is designed to perform the following functions:

Record customer communications about your transit service.
Help you review and/or make improvements in transit service operations based on collected customer feedback

Through COM, you are able to:

Record all types of customer communications with as much detail as possible.
Track and resolve feedback in an organized manner.
Flag feedback by color codes based on priority levels and target dates in order to identify the feedback requiring immediate action.
Notify, within the COM system and through email, the relevant parties within your transit site about specific feedback.
Integrate client, employee, scheduling, and booking data from other Trapeze applications such as FX, OPS, and PASS.
Generate reports for customers and related personnel within the transit site.
