About Form Letters

Form letters are standard letters written from templates, sent to different clients that may be personalized by inserting the name and address of the recipient and other details about the selected feedback.

In COM, form letters are used to reply to feedback. They can be printed or batch printed and sent by regular mail or saved in either Microsoft Word or PDF file format and sent as attachments by email.
