INFO-Agent New Features

This document highlights the new features and changes in INFO-Agent version 19.

  • On the Parameter tab, by Time and by Distances buttons appear selected if Weighted was selected. This relates to the application of Weights to the sorting of the itinerary solutions.
  • Two new Importance options: Medium High (warning) and Medium Low (minor) for remarks have been added in the Remarks Properties dialog box.

  • The default value of the Trace Options switch, INFO > Wizards External Modehas been changed to On (1). If you use exceptions, the Headway Wizard will use the calendar to only display valid trips.
  • The itinerary results now show the line abbreviation twice if the passenger has to transfer to another vehicle (not a stay-in-seat transfer) going in the same direction on the same route. This is shown in the Itinerary column on the Request tab of the Itinerary Planning screen.

Transfer Wizard

  • The Ignore Transfer Distance check box has been added to the Transfers tab of the Transfers Wizard dialog box. If selected, the system skips the transfer distance check when considering the transfer for an itinerary. All other checks and logic that could result in the transfer being excluded from the itinerary are still in place. (The feature is applied when the CTM Server is used; not used with CTM Engine.)
