General Permission Keys
The Group Security key allows security settings to be applied to user groups.
When you select a heading (item with an arrow icon beside it), for example, Administration, the check boxes of the options associated with it are automatically selected. If you clear the heading, all the options under it are automatically cleared. However, if you clear any of the options, the heading remains selected. When you select an item, this means that you are granting the users and user groups access to the feature associated with that item. The icons, menu options or screens denoting the item are then enabled. If the item is not selected, the icons and menu options appear shaded, not displayed, or the screens associated with it may be blank.
The following table explains the options that are used in most of the Trapeze4 applications. Assign access rights to users accordingly.

| HEADWAY WIZARD | Activates the Headway Wizard. |
| STREET WIZARD | Activates the Street Wizard, which helps you find streets, cross streets, and street names in the system map. Also used in FX. |
