INFO-Agent Permission Keys
Assign security rights to the different users and user groups accordingly.
The INFO users are generally classified into three groups:
The following table explains
INFO-Agent permission keys. It also shows the recommended distribution of the security rights
among the three groups.- INFO Administrator: Has full access to all the INFO-related features.
- INFO Supervisor: Has access to the functionality that is sufficient in resolving issues on the floor during a shift.
- INFO Call Taker: Has access to the functionality that is sufficient in providing information to clients.
Note: INFO was previously known as CTM.
