Security permissions are specified using permission keys. Each permission key specifies a screen or function to which a user or group can be granted or denied access. You can specify a permission level, such as Grant or Deny, for each security key for each user or group.

In the Security screen, select the user or user group for which you want to set permissions.

In the Permissions pane, click the following options and define the permission levels you want to assign to the selected user or user group:
- Offices, get or modify.
- Surveys, get or modify.
