Context Property Property Description
COM > Customers Feedback settings

COM > Customers Feedback settings > Preset incident date as today on COM Representative F3 search

If selected, the current date is set as the default Incident date in the COM Representative screen. If not selected, the field is blank.

COM > Customers Feedback settings > Save feedback after link or unlink OPS incident

If selected, changes that users make on the feedback records are automatically saved when they close the OPS Incidents dialog box. If not selected, users are asked if they want to save their changes. If Yes, they will have to click the Save button to do so.

COM > Customers Feedback settings > Decode MS Word Special Characters

The following special characters will be decoded:

Figure dash, en dash, em dash will be decoded to a hyphen ( - )

Left single quotation mark, right single quotation mark will be decoded to a single apostrophe (')

Left double quotation mark, right double quotation mark will be decoded to a double apostrophe () COM/Customers Feedback settings/Remove Tab characters when display data in grid. - If selected, the tab characters (\t) are replaced with a number of spaces in grids. (It is not selected by default.) The number of spaces is set in the COM/Customers Feedback settings/Tab Width in Comment Fields context property. COM/Customers Feedback settings/Use Transportation Mode and Transport Type from Line. If selected, the selected COM feedback record is automatically filled in from the Line data.

COM > Schedule Data > Service Group Order

If the sign-up period has overlapping service groups, for example, M-T-W-TH-F (Monday to Friday) and F (Fridays), users can choose how they are sorted and shown, by Service Group ID or Service Group Abbr.
