Viewing Extra Info

Extra Info is used to determine what additional attributes are shown in a headway sheet other than the ones set by default.

INFO-Agent also supports the generation of the estimated times of arrival and schedule adherence. You can choose to display the results (in columns) on screen. Contact your system administrator on configuring extra information and setting the default.

Aside from the Headway Wizard, the Show Stops tool also includes the Extra Info feature. This tool is available on the Lines and Stops tab and the Details tab of the Itinerary Planning screen.

On the Headway Wizard toolbar, perform one of the following steps:
  • Click the Extra Info button:
  • Right-click on any of the following grids on the: Headway Sheet, Lines and Stops tab, and lower pane of the Details tab of the Itinerary Planning screen. From the shortcut menu, select Extra Info.
The Extra Info dialog opens. This extra information may be displayed on the left or right side of the grid. For example, you see accessibility conditions by default when looking at a headway sheet. Your site may choose to show block numbers, destination signs of the vehicle, exception codes, and comments as well.
