Addresses Cannot Be Geocoded
Condition
After trying to gecode a location using a street number and name; and using a street and cross street, the address text remains red and the location is not found on the system map.
Cause
Some of the address information is incorrect.
Remedy
- Double-check the information.
- If the address information is correct, check the map data. It may be that your service area has been changed and your map has not been updated.
- Use either the Mouse button or the Street Wizard to geocode the address.
- When no match is found, the Address Matcher dialog appears to help you resolve your mismatch.
