About IVR Context Properties

Trapeze Services use the Context properties mechanism to be able to access the centrally defined and maintained property values.

Context properties can persist either in an ini file or in the database. Some do not have persistence at all and are always defined at run time. Please note that blank or default values are not stored. They are skipped in the ini file or database.

Context properties have to be set up properly to apply the IVR function.
