About No Show and Cancel At Door

Drivers can request for trips to be canceled and removed from the manifest if passengers cancel at the door or do not show up.

Upon arriving at location, if the passenger no longer requires vehicle service or does not show up, drivers can mark the trip as a No Show or Cancel at Door.
