About Ancillary Data

Ancillary data set the options available to Trapeze4 users as they navigate the PASS system.

After context properties and security key permissions have been set up, ancillary data should be created. This is typically done by a system administrator or by your Trapeze representative.

Address types must be defined to allow clients to purchase period passes online.

The Payment Types ancillary data dialog box allows you to specify methods of payment. Period passes are defined elsewhere, but transportation units (for example, tickets or tokens) must be defined here. You can edit these types as needed. After defining Payment Types, they can be used in the Reasons ancillary data.
