About this Guide

The PASS-MON and FLEX-MON User Guide provides step-by-step procedures on using the application to perform daily service activities.

It is intended for dispatchers, who work at transit sites that use a radio and/or cellular phone system to communicate with their drivers. It covers the dispatching functions such as retrieving a driver’s itinerary from Trapeze PASS, sending the itinerary and any relevant messages to the driver, and monitoring the completion of the itinerary.

The guide is not intended to answer complex or site-specific questions. For specific questions or problems, contact your Trapeze representative.

The procedures for PASS-MON and FLEX-MON are the same. The only difference may be the event types being performed. The same information applies to both applications.
