Copying Customized View Layouts to User Groups

After customizing a view, you can copy the view layout to one or more UI Groups.

Before you begin

Open the Edit Layout screen for the view to be updated.

About this task

All users in the group see the customized version when they open the view.

Procedure

  1. In the Edit Fields For drop-down list, select the UI group whose view layout should be copied.
    The version of the layout that will be copied to other user groups appears.
  2. Customize the view as needed and save any changes.
  3. In the Copy To drop-down list, select the UI groups that should use the new view layout.
  4. Click the Copy To button.
  5. Click Save.
