About Applying Batch Sort Order
Batch sort order is defined in Solutions Parameters of the Schedule Booking Wizard.
To open Solutions Parameters, click , and in the Schedule Booking Wizard, click .
You can also click the Parameters button, 
to open Solutions Parameters.
To select a sort order, select a preset from the Batch Sort Order drop down list. The following sort orders can be applied:
- 0 - Time Period, Group, Priority, Travel
- 1 - Priority, Group, Travel Period, TimePeriod, Travel
- 2 - Booking ID
- 3 - Time Period, Priority, Group, Travel
- 4 - Priority, Group, Travel Period, Peak Period, Travel
- 5 - Peak Period, Priority, Group, Travel
- 6 - Priority, Group, Peak Period, Travel Period, Travel
- 7 - Preferred Runs, Priority, Group, Peak Period, Travel Period, Travel
- 8 - Priority, Peak Period, Group, Travel
- 9 - Priority, Time Period, Next Closest Booking
- 10 - Priority, Time Period, Largest Group, Quadrant, Distance to Location
- 11 - Space Type Priority
When applying sort order, the batch process categorizes all trips according to the first criterion in the list, and categorizes trips for the next criterion, until all trips have been grouped according to all defined categories. The batch process then schedules the trips according to these groups.
