Real Time Views: Late Trips

You can view trips with pick-ups or drop-offs that are considered late and have not been performed in Late Trips view.

This view shows all trips that are considered late based on the scheduled pick-up time or appointment time.

Note: System context properties specify which trips appear in this view.
Tip: Records that are highlighted with a background color are associated with clients for whom client alerts are entered in PASS.

ClientId Identification number of the client associated with the late trip. ClientId

Sch Time (PU) Scheduled pick-up time. Sched of the pick-up event.
Appointment Time Requested late time for the drop-off.

If this value is not specified, the requested time for the drop-off is used.

ReqLate of the drop-off event.

If that does not exist, Req of the drop-off event.

Est Pick-up Estimated pick-up time. ETA of the pick-up event.
Est Drop-off Estimated drop-off time. ETD of the drop-off event.
Late PU Time difference between the scheduled late and estimated pick-up times. Difference between SchL and ETA of the pick-up event.
Late DO Time difference between the appointment time and the estimated drop-off time. Difference between ReqLate and ETD of the drop-off event.
Run Name Run associated with the late trip. Run
Vehicle Vehicle associated with the late trip. Vehicle
