Starting the Service Shell

Before users can log in to PASS Real Time Views, the Service Shell must be running.

Procedure

  1. Double-click the Service Shell shortcut:
    The Service Shell Shortcut icon (it resembles the Trapeze logo) with the Windows security shield overlaid on it to indicate that the application will be run in Administrator mode.
    The Service Shell window appears.
  2. Wait until the plug-ins have loaded and are visible in the PluginName column.
