Columns on the Vehicles Select Tab
You can sort the data in the Vehicles Select grid by clicking on a column header.
| Column | Description |

| Vehicle Name | Name of the vehicle as used in the Vehicle Assign screen. |
| ID | System-generated identifier for the vehicle. |
| Cap. Type | (Capacity type.) Number that indicates the type of vehicle. Refer to the Capacities tab to find the seating capacities for this vehicle type. |
| Provider | Provider operating the vehicle. |
| MDT Id | Number identifying the MDT device in the vehicle. |
| AutoLogin | Whether the MDT will automatically log in when the user powers on the device. |
| LIFO | Whether Last-In-First-Out logic will be applied to the vehicle’s manifest. |
| Odometer | Last-inputted odometer reading of the vehicle. |
| Vehicle Type | Type of vehicle. |
| PARA | Whether the vehicle is assigned to a Para run. |
| Flex | Whether the vehicle is assigned to a Flex run. |
| Fixed | Whether the vehicle is assigned to a Fixed run. |
| Taxi | Whether the vehicle is assigned to a Taxi run. |
| Status | Vehicle status:

| Last Msg Status | Status of the last message sent to the vehicle (for example, sent, received, pending). |
| Login Date | Date the MDC logged in. |
| Login Time | Time the MDC logged in. |
| MDT Group | MDT group of the vehicle. |
| Supervisor | Vehicle supervisor's name. |
| Use AVL | Whether the vehicle uses Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) to identify its longitude and latitude position on the map. |
| Msg Attempts | Number of times a message has been sent to the MDC. |
| Msg Acknowledge | Whether the message was received by the MDC (Yes or No). |
| Is Supervised | Whether the driver of the vehicle is supervised by another user in another vehicle. |
| Garage ID | Garage ID associated with the vehicle. |
| Msg Time | Not
in use. Time when the last message was received. |
| InActive | Whether the vehicle is marked as InActive. |
