Assigning Providers to Trips

Assigning providers to trips ensures that only vehicles and runs associated with those providers will be used for the trips.

Before you begin

The Trapeze4 Workstation must be open.

Procedure

1. Click Task > Trip Booking.
2. Provide the details of a subscription or casual trip for a client.
3. On the Detail tab, click the Provider in the list.
4. Save and schedule the trip.
