Updating Price Indexes to Include the Final Index

When a transit authority knows a final price index, price indexes should be updated in the system.

Before you begin

The Trapeze4 Workstation must be open.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Provider Costing > Price Index.
  2. Select the Contract type associated with the price index to be updated.
  3. Select the price index to be updated with the final index.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Type the Final index.
  6. Click Save.
    The price index record is updated.
  7. Click Close.
