Adding MDT Groups

An MDT Group places the different types of mobile computers together.

About this task

The MDT Group feature is used in an environment where there are multiple brands of mobile computers in the fleet. This means that multiple instances of the MDT Server are used on a single Trapeze4 database.

Procedure

  1. Click Server > Edit MDT Group.
    The MDT Group dialog box appears.

  2. Click Add button.
    The text fields are activated.
  3. Type the information of the group you want to add in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click Save.
