Drivers are Not Receiving Trips

Condition

None of the vehicles is receiving trips.

Cause

Communication issue between the vehicles and the dispatching software.

Remedy

Procedure

  • Is the MDT Server running?
  • If you recently changed network/server connections, are all the network/server/IPs/ODBC settings correct for MDT Center and the Vendor application?
  • Are the port numbers (if any) set properly for MDT Center and the Vendor application?
