Wrong Trip is Performed

Condition

A trip is marked as Performed when it should not have been.

Cause

The driver performed the wrong trip.

Remedy

Procedure

  1. In the Trapeze4 Workstation, click Tools > Schedule Editor.
  2. Select the event.
  3. Click Mark > Unperform.
    This removes the wrong times and sends the event back to the mobile computer.
