PASS Real Time Views is a Web-based application that consolidates demand response operations information in a central location.

PASS Real Time Views enables you to view information required for effective dispatching in real time, and identify potential problems as they arise.

Using PASS Real Time Views, you can view the following information from PASS for the current service day on workstations or wall displays:
  • Unperformed pull-outs, pick-ups, and pull-ins
  • Client trips with significant on-board time
  • Late pull-ins
  • Late pull-outs
  • Late trips Transfers
  • Estimated drop-off times that are later than scheduled appointment times
  • Total slack time by run

PASS Real Time Views obtains operational information from Trapeze PASS. Data can be automatically refreshed in the views, ensuring that you always have up-to-date information about your demand response transit operations.
