Note: All consolidated features and functionality of past builds: 6.2.x, 6.4.x, and 6.5.x have been merged into the 7.x build. The changes have been tested and are working for customers on ORACLE and on MSSQL.

Major enhancements added to Short Fare Policies

The enhancements made for Short Fare Policy feature is our response to the feedback given from our clients, to meet their immediate needs.

The enhancements corrects database logic to make the feature useful for agencies not using pre-paid fare systems. In addition, this adds the ability to filter cases by fare type. This allows agencies to manage "No Fare" events more efficiently, reducing operational costs. Plus, when integrated with DriverMate, the entire process from the driver reporting a "No Fare" to the infraction case review becomes automated, streamlining operations and saving time for everyone involved.

Reminder Warnings for Flagged Period Policies

This feature solves the issue of transit sites using Flagged Period Policies, that were not able to send out warnings as soon as possible. Flagged Period Policies transition cases from Initial Phase to Suspension at the end of the month, therefore, sites had to create a policy for warnings and a policy for final warnings/suspensions as a workaround. With this feature, they no longer have to create separate policies.
