About Bus Stop Manager

Trapeze Bus Stop Manager (BSM) is a back office and field application that enables your transit site to manage your bus stops and their amenities.

With Bus Stop Manager, you can maintain a complete inventory of bus stop locations, track all bus stop amenities and characteristics, and create and manage work orders for bus stop maintenance.

For each bus stop, you have the ability to record descriptions and amenity lists, and attach images and documents as additional information. You can also geocode bus stop locations using Global Positioning System (GPS) readings or address matching in order to view bus stop locations on a map.

When a bus stop requires maintenance or repair, you can create a work order for the required work. You can update the work order as the work progresses, and record information about who completes the work and when it is completed.

Bus Stop Manager maintains complete records of bus stop, amenity, and work order changes. As a result, you can search for changes that have been made, and generate historical bus stop reports.

Bus Stop Manager can be used both in the office and in the field using the same web-based interface. In the office, you can record and track bus stop information on a master database. In the field, you can record bus stop data on mobile computers, and synchronize data with the master database when you return to the office.

You can implement Bus Stop Manager as a standalone system or integrate the application with Trapeze FX. Data can be shared across systems and departments, and can tie into existing data sources, including geographic information systems (GIS).
