About Ancillary Data

Ancillary data specifies possible data values that can be applied in Bus Stop Manager. These values are shown in the fields and lists in Bus Stop Manager screens so that you can select standardized bus stop data instead of entering descriptions manually.

Note: Your ability to add, edit, or delete ancillary data depends on your security permissions and the mode in which you are working.

The Configuration screen has three main panes and a screen toolbar:

Configurations: The left pane contains the list of ancillary data types.
Ancillary data details: The middle pane shows the records of the selected ancillary data type in the Configurations pane.
Add Record/Edit Record: The right pane shows details of the selected ancillary data record. Shows the Add Record fields when adding a new ancillary data record. This changes to Edit Record fields when you are editing a record.
Vertical screen toolbar: In most screens, only the Edit Links button is shown. This is shown above the three panes s the New, Save, Delete, and Edit Links buttons.
