Editing and Deleting Ancillary Data
For most ancillary data types, the Add, Edit, and Delete buttons are in the middle pane while in some, they appear on the title bars of the middle and Edit Record panes.

Click Settings, and then click
Config in the Adminlist.
The Ancillary Types screen appears.

In the Configuration pane, click the ancillary data type
you want to edit or delete.
The grid displays the previously added records of the selected ancillary data type and the Edit Record pane shows details of the highlighted record.
For some ancillary data types, the Edit or Delete buttons appear on the first column of the middle pane, (for example, BSM EDI Point Type). In this case, the Edit Record pane is not shown.
- In the middle pane, click the record that you want to edit or delete.

To edit a record:

Click the Edit button:
- Make changes in the Edit Record pane.

Click Update or the Save
button:

Click the Edit button:

To delete a record, click the Delete button:
A message asks you to confirm the delete action. Click OK. - Optional:
To check the previous work on the selected ancillary data, click the arrow on
the History bar at the bottom of the Edit
Record pane.
The History frame appears when editing General ancillary types.
