Comments Ancillary Data Properties

Comments ancillary data properties allow you to filter and view all existing comments.

Properties Description
Display Button In Order to see something in the list of comments, you must click Display.
User Type Field User type comments appear in the drop down list.
#Comments This Tells you how many comments are in the list.
Select Frame The Select frame contains the following fields that are used to filter available comments:
  • Abbr (abbreviation)
  • Text
  • Type
  • Line
  • User Type
Abbr Table Shows a list of previously entered comments.
Abbr Field Field used to search for abbreviations that will appear in the table below.
