Printing the Map

You can choose to print the map or save it as a metafile through your printer dialog box.

The system map must be open.
  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Map > Print.
    • Right-click on the map and click Print.
    The Print Map dialog box appears.
  2. Optional: Type a Title for the map, which will appear when the map is printed. Type a Subtitle as needed.
  3. Optional: To export the image to an enhanced metafile (.emf), select the Print to Metafile check box.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • If you did not select Print to Metafile, the print dialog box for your printer appears. Complete the printing process.
    • If you selected Print to Metafile, the Save As dialog box prompts you to name the file. The name is map by default, but you can rename it.
