Viewing Different Map Settings

Map settings can be viewed for screens or printing.

  1. Select a different setting from the list at the top left corner of the Layout Control dialog box.
    A list containing Screen (symbolized by a blue square surrounded by a gray border) and Printer (symbolized by a printer icon). Screen has a red exclamation point on it.
  2. Click Apply.
    The exclamation mark appears beside the newly selected setting.
  3. To make the new setting as the default for the screen or the printer, click either the Screen button or the Printer button, and click Save.
    The corresponding icon appears along with the exclamation mark.
