The following sections list the steps involved in installing or loading FX into a computer system. FX needs to be configured properly in order that it can operate in the Trapeze4 environment successfully.

Trapeze4 applications require Trapeze6 in order to set user security privileges and the Address Matcher.

Installing Trapeze6

Trapeze4 applications require Trapeze6 in order to set user security privileges and the Address Matcher.

Access the build to be installed, for example, TP6-21.x.x.zip – where x is the version to be installed.
In the appropriate drive, create a new folder to hold the Trapeze6 build, for example, C:\Trapeze\Trapeze6.
Extract the build files into the Trapeze6 folder.
