About Supplementary Data Definition
Supplementary Data (Supp Data) is usually set up during the FX installation. The fields are used to store additional data such as:
Viewing Defined Supplementary Data
Supplementary data that you have defined can be shown on the right section of the grid.
Viewing Rostering Supplementary Data
You can view Run and Roster supplementary data in the Rostering screen.

Viewing Rostering Supplementary Data

You can view Run and Roster supplementary data in the Rostering screen.

Open the Rostering screen.

In the Display Options frame on the Display tab, click the Other button.
The Supplementary Data dialog box appears.

If there is any Roster supplementary data, a list appears on the Roster Sup Data pane.
Select the fields you want to view on the Rostering screen.
Click OK.
The selected data in the dialog box appears in the Field and Values columns in the Rostering screen.
