APC Gateway Supported Data

APC Gateway can read a number of data formats including text, comma-separated values (csv), database, and Trapeze handheld data. Each format is configurable and flexible to allow for varying data types and field order.

Minimum Data Requirements

To enable Gateway to match passenger counts to the FX scheduling data, at the minimum, it requires the following data:
  • Date
  • Time in seconds of the count
  • Block number
  • Stop identifier
  • Passenger count - On
  • Passenger count - Off
The following data can also be useful:
  • TripID
  • Scheduled trip time
  • Schedule Start time of trip
  • Line/Route
  • Direction of travel
  • Pattern
  • Vehicle ID
  • Driver ID
