Generating Crystal Reports
Running Crystal reports requires Crystal Reports XI Runtimes. If exporting to PDF, install Crystal Report 11 R2 Runtimes as well for your reports to work properly.
Changing Report Settings
To change the report settings set by default, for example, you no longer want a report to run automatically, use the Report Settings feature.
Adding PLAN Report to Reports Menu and Navigator
You can add the report name to the Reports menu and to the Navigator.
Printing Crystal Reports
You can print Crystal reports using the Reports screen.
The Stop Activity report allows you to generate reports by Activity, Line Direction, and Stop.

The Route Summary Productivity report is designed to analyze ridership trends. This report allows you to see which routes carry high or low volumes of passenger loads as well as those that exceed their maximum seating capacity.

The Trip Summary report provides information such as passenger activity, vehicle capacity and passenger miles for each trip on a route. There are two formats that are generated simultaneously in the same report.

The Trip Summary Report contains two parts. Both show details of the selected trips with the first part while the second part shows the average values per trip.
The Route Profile report summarizes passenger count data for a route or several routes. The data is grouped into four time periods: AM Peak, MidDay Peak, PM Peak, and Off Peak.

Random Sample Check Details Report
The Random Sample Check Details (Check Details By Trip) report outlines check data for each stop or node of a trip that was included in a randomly sampled line. A report is included for each trip that was checked within the specified date and time ranges.

The Random Sample Checks Summary (Check Summary by Trip) report provides a summary of the boarding and alighting counts, passenger load, and passenger miles for ride checks that were performed over a date and time range.
Point Check Schedule Adherence Report
The Point Check Schedule Adherence report provides a summary of the average values for on time performance, passenger loads, boarding and alighting counts at points on the selected lines over a date range.
Node to Node Run Time Report
The Node to Node Run Time report provides a summary of the run times between node to node pairs on patterns of lines of the selected sign-up period.
S10 Report
S10 refers to the Service form of the NTD. The S10 report for Non-Rail vehicles provides summary data on the transit services scheduled and operated by the transit agency measured in terms of vehicles, unlinked passenger trips, hours and days operated.
