Purpose

This document outlines hardware recommendations, architectural considerations, and best practices for the sound operation of Trapeze Workforce Management solutions, including the primary product, OPS, and certain add-on modules.

Trapeze Workforce Management solutions include:
  • Primary back office services (OPS)
  • Web-based kiosks (Sign-In Terminal; Employee Self-Service and/or OPS-Web)
  • Operator-facing web applications (Employee Self-Service and/or OPS-Web)

The Environment Owner is the party responsible for infrastructure licensing, creation, and upkeep of all environments.

Hardware selection should consider day-to-day software workflows.
