About the IVR Standard Reports Catalog

The IVR v19 Standard Reports Catalog describes the standard reports that are available in your IVR application. Each report has a template with predefined columns and fields in a standard layout.

IVR standard reports use the Crystal Reports production reporting tool.

Sample reports are provided below each table that describes the parameters that you can apply when generating reports.
